Leipzig-Eisenbahnstrasse, street canyon site
The site is operated by TROPOS. The Eisenbahnstrasse is a typical street canyon. The inlet is located at the second floor of a regular apartment house. Depending on the wind direction, the aerosol is either more influenced by the traffic or the urban background. At Leipzig-Eisenbahnstrasse submicrometer particle number size distribution as well as equivalent black carbon mass concentration are determined.
